Our Objectives

Asset Protection

Unlike stocks, bonds, 401K’s, and the like, you can see and touch a building. You know and can interact with the thing you are getting into. So if you have money to spare, then diversify into real estate like we do.

Holding on to commercial properties enable appreciation of capital. This long term strategy has been known to double your holdings every 10 years.

We can only help others in a sustained fashion when we are able to help ourselves succeed first. The benefits of finally being able to house our primary veterinary business in an LLC, which is an independent real estate business, has helped our staff lead better lives. The communities we serve and non-profit groups like churches, PTA’s, pet rescue groups, and animal shelters, among others benefited from our real estate success.

Our long term strategy

Simply buy and hold. There will be the occasional flip for quick cash flow (to be reinvested), but mainly, we will concentrate on medical and professional leaseholds. The tenants comprising this category tend to be sophisticated, honest, reliable, and have positive cash flow. We would also want to discuss the exciting field of executive suites where start-ups or solo entrepreneurs can rent spaces for as low as $1,000 a month. Such low figure interestingly has the power for higher yields. We would love to tell you more at 469-450-2833.
